Flexible Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation with a full refund of the reservation amount for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the arrival date.

• For cancellations made less than 15 days before the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

• In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full reservation amount will remain payable.

 

Terms & Conditions

Reservations

A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment and written confirmation from the property owner or manager.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM

• Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

 

Cancellation Policy

• In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full reservation amount remains payable.

 

Payment

The balance must be paid according to the payment schedule agreed at the time of booking. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

 

Online Payment Procedure

To complete a reservation, guests must follow the online booking process:

1. Select the desired check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests.

2. The total accommodation cost, including any applicable taxes and fees, will be displayed before payment.

3. Review the booking details and proceed to the secure Checkout page.

4. Enter the required guest and billing information.

5. Complete the payment using one of the available payment methods.

6. Once the payment has been successfully processed, a booking confirmation will be sent automatically to the guest's email address.

All online payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. We do not store or have access to your credit or debit card details.

Should the payment fail or be declined by the issuing bank, the reservation will not be confirmed until successful payment is received.

 

Security Deposit

The owner reserves the right to request a refundable security deposit to cover any damage or excessive cleaning costs. The deposit will be refunded after departure, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

Occupancy

Only the number of guests specified in the reservation may stay at the property. Parties or events are not permitted without prior written approval.

 

House Rules

• No smoking inside the property.

• Pets are allowed only with prior approval.

• Guests are expected to respect the property, neighbours, and local regulations.

• Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

 

Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. The cost of repairs or replacement may be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.

Liability

The owner shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings occurring during the guest's stay.

 

Force Majeure

The owner shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, war, strikes, or other force majeure events.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from the reservation or stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Greek courts.

 

Withdrawal Policy

In accordance with Article 3i of Greek Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided for a specific date or period of performance.

By completing a reservation, the guest acknowledges and accepts that the booking is governed exclusively by the property's Cancellation Policy. Any cancellation or modification of the reservation will be subject to the applicable Cancellation Policy in force at the time of booking.

We are committed to protecting your personal data and processing it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Greek data protection legislation.
